Study Participant

From time to time, Self-therapist Ltd runs academic studies for different groups of people, to obtain efficacy data on the tool. It may be for example, a prison, a care home, mental health first-aiders, the over 65s, therapists, and so on. Access to the site is free for 2-3 months in exchange for feedback on your use of the tool.

Participant requirements

You must not be in any state of mental health crisis to participate, and be willing to trial the tool in detail. You will be asked to complete the rating pages in the notebook feature, and to complete the user’s feedback form at the end of the study. If you are a therapist working with clients, you will also be asked to complete a therapist’s feedback form.
