Personal Account

If you would like to manage your mental health and self-development alone, the Self-therapist tool will provide you with everything you need to know. Unlike other mental health tools, it won’t direct you in a specific process, but will allow you to direct your own way of working.

Setting up a personal account is very simple, and only requires an email address. Having an account enables you to save some notes in the notebook feature in the tool.  You can delete your account at any time.

Unlike many subscription services, you don’t need to subscribe to see how the tool works. Have 3 days completely free to explore the tool, and then make a decision on whether to subscribe.

All of your data is encrypted on our servers, so no one can see any notes you make in the tool.  It’s all completely confidential, as you would expect.
